The language of the congress is Turkish and English.
Congress Participation Acceptance Letter:
An online ‘Letter of Acceptance’ will be sent to participants who attend the congress with an ‘Oral/Poster’ presentation or as an ‘audience’.
Registration and Consultation:
The Registration and Information Desk will be open at Susesi Luxury Resort starting from Thursday, February 20, 2025.
Certificate of Participation:
All participants who register for the congress will be given a Certificate of Participation.
ID Badge:
The ID Badge will be given during registration. A badge must be worn at all scientific and social activities during the congress.
Stand Areas:
The stands will be set up adjacent to the conference halls, and coffee will be served in the stand areas. Congress registration is required to enter the stand areas.
Poster Awards:
Poster abstracts and Poster Presentations will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee. The best three successful posters will be awarded 1st, 2nd and 3rd place awards. Awards will be given at the closing ceremony.
Companions: There is no registration fee for companions staying at the hotel.
Daily Guests of the Participants:
Entrances to the Congress Hotel are controlled by hotel security personnel. Participants with daily guests must pick up their guests from the external security gate. The hotel does not charge a fee for visits that do not exceed 30 minutes. However, the hotel will charge a fee of € 150 per day for visits exceeding 30 minutes and for those who will attend the congress as external participants (who will not stay in the congress hotel).
Transport: Free transportation service will be provided between Congress Hotel – Antalya Airport – Bus Terminal at specified hours.
Cancellation Terms:
There will be no refunds for registration, accommodation and transfer cancellations after January 2, 2025. Cancellations will become valid if the Congress Secretariat is notified in writing.
