Distinguished Scientists, Public and Private Sector Experts and Representatives,

The Cosmetics Congress, organized continuously by the Chemists’ Association since 2011, is one of our association’s signature institutional events. The events within the congress are updated annually, taking into account both the criticisms and suggestions of participants and international developments monitored by the congress continuity committee. By bringing together the cosmetics industry and academia, our congress, where developments and innovations in the field are discussed together, has become one of the most recognized scientific meetings in our country, uncompromising in quality and highly trusted by professionals and scientists. It has become a nationally recognized brand congress, integrated with the Chemists’ Association’s name. The 16th Cosmetics Congress, jointly organized by the Chemists’ Association and Atatürk University, will be held at the Sueno Hotels Deluxe in Antalya from February 12-15, 2026. The Chemists’ Association aims to bring together all stakeholders whose paths intersect with cosmetics science and the cosmetics industry under the umbrella of the 16th Cosmetics Congress, with the aim of providing a multidisciplinary perspective on issues arising from the deep, centuries-old relationship between chemistry, as a central science, and health, life sciences, and technology.

The scientific program will include invited talks, short oral presentations, poster presentations, courses, and workshops. Short oral presentations will also be displayed as posters, providing a wider range of opportunities for cross-refereeing. Posters will be presented for a total of four hours over two days. A panel of reviewers, comprised of scientists from industry and academia, will award prizes to successful posters. If presenters wish to submit their work as a “full text,” the full text will be prepared as a “congress article” and will be included in the e-congress book, subject to review by expert reviewers.

The congress aims to facilitate more efficient, effective, and successful production and R&D activities by hosting a meeting with representatives from the private sector, the public sector, and institutions, as well as researchers from academia. The congress aims to establish a Project Collaboration Platform and foster a culture of collaborative project development. Institutions that provide project support for the cosmetics industry and R&D, as well as trained and intermediate personnel, will meet with participants to assess the current situation. The congress will also provide information to congress participants about current and emerging regulations from the authorities overseeing the cosmetics industry and its products.

Recognizing the importance of the supply chain in the development of the cosmetics industry, we aim to encourage all supplier companies and their employees serving the sector and universities to actively participate in the congress, organize courses and workshops, and contribute to solving current problems and identifying future trends by opening a stand and communicating with participants and industry representatives.
