The registration fee does not include the hotel accommodation.
The hotel will require a payment of 60 EUR from daily participants, who are restricted to the hours of 09:00-18:00.
Cancellation Policy: Registration fees can be refunded before January 2, 2026.

Sueno Hotels Deluxe Belek, Antalya was chosen as the conference venue to offer an all-inclusive experience. The conference has reserved a block of rooms at very special rates, which can be booked in advance. Therefore, we strongly recommend booking the special Conference Package, which includes all the benefits. Room prices are as follows:

Single room: 235 € per night Double room: 165 € for each person per night** Triple room: 160 € for each person per night**
*All inclusive: Breakfast, lunch, dinner, soft-alcoholic drinks, and taxes ** Participants wishing to share a double room or a triple room with a colleague or friend need to make two separate bookings asking for a double room and each person noting the name of their roommate during the booking process. If you do not do this the system will generate the rooming list automatically and make room assignments according to gender and booking dates.
